This book comprises 50-years of trial and
error, suffering, failure, and success, trying
anything and everything to achieve
absolute strength. We have gone down all
the rabbit holes to try and find that magic
program or that secret exercise that would
push us over the top.
But let us cut short a belief right now: there
is no holy grail, there is no magic exercise.
What there is, is science, and consistency.
To start a journey you need to know where
your final destination is. This comes down
to having measured and clear goals. If the
goal is to become an elite level powerlifter
then the answer is more than just the total
amount of weight you can lift, it’s also what
will motivate you and allow you to actually
lift the weight? How do you know what
weight class to choose? How can you
consistently get stronger?
